Greater Sydney Commission

While working for Adelphi Consulting I had the opportunity to lead the frontend development of the Greater Sydney Commission project called "A Metropolis of Three Cities".

Greater Sydney Commission needed to translate their District Plans into an interactive document that were at the time we started distributed as a static PDF. Adelphi and GSC teams collaborated from the discovery phases till the delivery of the project providing constant feedbacks and iterating over the initial idea every new step. With this process we were able to win the Sydney Design Award 2018 on the Government Services category.

The results were significantly important for the community who received a digital tool to help explore region and district planning across Greater Sydney. The project needed to deliver a user-friendly experience and an immersive, customer-centric interface. All design elements increase interactivity and encourage exploration of Greater Sydney’s visionary strategic planning.The project placed a high priority on the tool being completely responsive to mobile devices, and compliant to WCAG AA 2.0 standards..
